Controller and contact
The controller of the Below Market app and personal data is Veronika Martynova (an individual). For privacy questions, access, correction, deletion or withdrawal of consent, contact tyanochkamal@gmail.com.
Data we process
When you submit a request, we receive your name, chosen contact details (phone, email or Telegram), optional comment, request category and property details you provide. The request may include its source, session identifier, time and privacy notice version. Do not submit passport information, payment credentials or other sensitive information through these forms.
Purposes
We use request information to respond, assist with a property search, discuss a property sale, cooperation or referrals according to the form you choose. Consent to handle a request is not a subscription to marketing calls, emails or messages. Technical information is also processed to operate and protect the service.
Storage and access
Requests are stored on the service server and passed to authorised Below Market team members via Telegram so they can respond. Your contact information is not publicly listed. Access is limited to team members handling the request; hosting and Telegram provide technical processing. Opening Telegram also subjects your interaction there to its terms and privacy policy.
Embedded web analytics
The catalogue and valuation use native screens without a separate Firebase or AppMetrica SDK. The guide and other embedded website pages may use Yandex Metrica, Google Tag Manager and an OpenAI advertising pixel. They may process visits, IP addresses, cookies and session identifiers. Website tags can change independently of the app. This policy does not replace Apple tracking permission where required.
Notifications
Property and announcement push notifications require your consent and iPhone permission. The Below Market server stores an Apple Push Notification service (APNs) device token, a hashed installation identifier, language, selected categories, consent version and registration update time. The token and notification content are sent to Apple for delivery. Disable categories in the app or permission in iPhone Settings; changes synchronize with the server the next time you open the app. Contact the operator to request deletion.
Local preferences
Your device stores language, currency, notification preferences and whether you submitted a request or dismissed the Telegram invitation. The app locally counts catalog browsing time to offer personal assistance. Current functions do not request access to contacts, location, photos or microphone.
Retention and your rights
We retain requests for the period needed to handle them and the related interaction, and where necessary to meet applicable obligations or protect legal claims. Email the controller to request information or a copy of your data, correction, deletion, restriction or withdrawal of consent. We may need to verify that the information relates to you. Where retention is legally required, limited information may remain; we will explain the reason in our response.
International transfers
Server services, Telegram and analytics providers may process information outside your country of residence, including outside the UAE. Applicable international transfer requirements apply. Contact the controller for details of recipients and processing arrangements.
Changes and contact

This website
These support and privacy pages are hosted on Cloudflare Pages. Cloudflare processes network information, including IP addresses and technical request details, to deliver the pages and protect the service. We do not add analytics or advertising scripts to these pages.
